Team work has made the dream work for power-couple Paul and Kedrin Johnson. They are both the proud Founders of WAYS Home Care & Health Agency (WAYS) in the growing economic city of Inglewood, California that started in 2016. Kedrin, or Mrs. Johnson, spearheads the company as the CEO, and Mr. Johnson is behind the scenes working the magic and developing other business ventures. The Johnson’s had no idea that the creation of a home care agency would spark the flame to their newfound happiness and fulfillment now and for years to come.
How can couples create and sustain a successful business together? “Lots of couples that are in business together are scared to hold each other accountable. Prayer was involved with our partnership. I use to hate when Paul would tell me things. It took me a long time to understand that he was striving to create our foundation for our family, but once I understood, I got in sync with him and it made a situation better. We have set-down meetings daily on how we want our future to be, and every partnership should include this task”, Kedrin says.
The Johnson’s relationship is built upon a rock, and it shows in every way! “My husband and I are always on the same page when we talk about business. We don’t have time to be mad and argue with each other”.
